

Forrest Gump tells the story of childhood and adulthood in a sense that takes place within growing up in the U.S., and coping with events that took place throughout the Cold War, especially the Vietnam War, and China’s early stages of opening up to the world, through Gump’s ping pong competition. Gump had met with Lyndon Johnson and Richard Nixon through his timeline achieving a medal for the U.S. army and military, against a gurrelia war against the Viet Cong. The movie was released three years after the Cold War had ended to a surprising success of 672 million worldwide. Forrest Gump also has a relation with his neighbourhood friend since primary school named Jenny. Gump discovered that he was dyslexic, and so needed help with his study. He made his livelihood mission to succeed at School, which helped him to develop alot of social and professional skills that supported his upbringing. This movie was considered in the A.F.I. all time greats as part of 100 years of laughter. This movie particularly tells how much in life forest gump has achieved.
